Your project information.

When you submit the inquiry form, Buntop stores your name, email, company, chosen service, project summary and any requested meeting time. A reference number confirms receipt. These details are available to the authorized Buntop owner through a protected inbox. Meeting times require confirmation.

If you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss services. Avoid sending confidential plant information through an initial inquiry. We can agree on appropriate sharing arrangements before detailed project review.

Basic abuse prevention uses a short-lived hash derived from the connection address and a request counter. Inquiry information is used to respond and arrange services. Contact us to request correction or deletion. Do not enter patient data, passwords, equipment addresses or confidential production records.

Resend processes email addresses and message content to send inquiry alerts to Buntop and acknowledgments to visitors. Email open and click tracking are disabled. Public appointment bookings use Google Calendar, which handles its own booking details and confirmations; this website does not read your personal events.

If you allow advertising measurement, this website loads the Google Ads tag to measure visits and successfully saved enquiries. Google may process cookie identifiers, ad click identifiers and technical visit information. The event includes an enquiry reference to avoid counting the same request twice; it does not include your name, email, company or project summary. Advertising personalization is disabled. The Google tag does not load when you decline or have not chosen. A preference is stored in your browser for up to one year. Use “Tracking choices” to change it. Declining does not prevent enquiries or bookings. Google Calendar booking completion is not measured by this website. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website.

Learning membership

A free Basic trial records the authenticated account identifier, email, activation time and expiry to enforce one 72-hour trial per individual account. A card must be verified through Polsia’s payment flow. Buntop stores only the provider reference and verification time, not card numbers. Activation is $0. With the customer’s consent in Polsia checkout, the Basic subscription begins charging at the selected rate after the three-day trial and renews until canceled.

Paid learning access uses the email confirmed at sign-in, selected plan, billing period, payment reference and access expiry. Buntop stores access records and an owner activity log. A secure session cookie lets Buntop app subdomains check access with the main website; expired or revoked membership blocks future requests. Lesson reflections and exercise progress remain on the browser unless exported.

Checkout links, when connected, lead to Polsia’s payment flow. This website does not collect card details and a return from checkout alone does not activate membership. Until payment verification is connected, Buntop checks payments separately before recording access. Contact Buntop about membership records or cancellation arrangements.
